First OB appointment

So today was the first OB appointment. Not much to be said about that, other than a pelvic, breast exam and blood draw. Would you believe all that took 2 hours? Ridiculous... I waited on each different person forever. I did get some fun reading material, though!

I'm sayin' it again...what wonderful girlfriends I have! Jenn sent me a darling package (decorated & all) full of new mommy-to-be goodies (see picture of gifts...but please excuse the post-gym look) including saltines, tea, stretchmark-prevention lotion, chocolate and a sweet Belly Book that has been so fun to fill out! And yesterday Val sent me a cute maternity calendar which has also been fun filling out!




Tomorrow will mark week 10 (yippee!!). We're trying to do better about taking pictures - I still don't have the guts to post them (no pun intended) 'cause so far no baby bump...just feeling like baby flab.
